INTERESTED IN BECOMING A VENDOR AT OUR 2025 OLD WORLD HOLIDAY MARKET?
Apply here! This year we will be selecting vendors for three dates in December - Dec. 6th, Dec. 13th, and Dec. 20th. Although we would love to provide a space for everyone to sell their goods, we do try to spread out the variety of vendors based on goods sold and price range... we want a little bit of everything for everyone! You are welcome to apply for multiple dates, but we cannot guarantee all dates chosen.
Once selected, you will be contacted via email with additional information and a payment link to secure your booth, $50.00 per spot (food trucks not included). These fees are non-refundable.
For this market, we provide a hand built wooden booth, approx. 2x6 ft. Additional tables and displays are allowed within reason. Power sources are limited, and will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis or if absolutely required for specific products.
This is an outdoor winter market, it will probably be cold! Definitely dress accordingly, prepare for inclement weather, be aware that Sonoita is typically 10-15 degrees cooler than Tucson, and can have high winds. Although winter winds are not typically as common as spring, be sure that you are able to secure your goods, banners, decor, etc.
Important Note: we have about 8-10 fire pits burning at this event, although they are considered "smokeless", they do still smoke some. We try to keep the smoke down with proper wood and what not, but we cannot guarantee that you won't be hit with smoke. When assigning vendor booths, we try our best to place those with products such as textiles, scented products, etc., further away from the fire pits - but unexpected changes in wind direction can affect this. Just something to keep in mind when applying!
